This site is a tribute to Jimmy, a much loved husband, dad, grandad, relative and friend.
Jim was a kind, caring, hardworking, happy go lucky man who loved life. He was someone who could light up any room with his infectious laugh and would make the effort to speak to anyone and everyone!
Jimmy always had a story to tell whether it was about him as a young boy working in the Navy or his many business ventures such as working down the market or his many other adventures with his beloved wife Brenda and his sons Lee, Lance and Ross. We will all miss hearing his many stories.
Jimmy was one of a kind and the messages the family have received continue to show just how special he was. Jim has left behind a hole in our lives but his legacy will live on. Many will hold fond memories and treasure Jim forever.
Jimmy, you will be remembered forever and will always be in our hearts. The family and social events will never be the same without you, but you will always be there in spirit.
Rest in Peace Jimmy. We will love you always and forever x

I just wanted to say Jim had a huge personality and despite his being born a number of decades before myself I never felt that gap. I always found him engaging to speak with and on a wide gamut of subjects, it was a real conversation with someone who was listening & processing not just talking at you. It is a special gift to be able to connect with someone who was 19yrs old '2001' and then later through the years I looked forward to the over the fence chats when I would visit my parents. I hold only the fondest memories and he left a mark on me. My sincere condolences to the family
